All too often brides rely on family and friends to help take on the important element of pulling everything together on the day of the wedding, but this becomes a stressful task for a non experienced professional and that person (or persons) won't be able to enjoy the event as a guest, and will end up feeling like “event staff.”  In most cases, your “volunteers” have little experience in coordinating a wedding from start to finish and they often end up feeling overwhelmed, miss important details, and become frustrated as they try to keep on top of everything that must be done to ensure that the day runs smoothly.

Coordinating a wedding involves MANY important details. It takes an experienced wedding event manager and at least one (or more) assistant to successfully manage the timing, pay keen attention to every detail, and have the knowledge and ability to handle any issue or problem that may happen on the wedding day (i.e., we know what to do if the cake delivery is late, the best man forgot the rings, or the weather doesn't cooperate).  You want your wedding day to run smoothly for you AND your guests, and having a professional wedding coordinator and wedding day management team is the only way to make that happen!

Contrary to it's title, "Day of" Coordination doesnt just start on the day of your wedding. This is why we choose to describe it as "Wedding Day Management" as we are hired to manage the important details of your wedding.  Dolce Vita Events begins to work with our wedding management ("Day of") clients 30 days prior to the big day so that we are kept abreast of all the details you have already planned, the vendors you have already hired, and the vision you have already created for your special day.  From this point on, you will keep us informed of any details or changes that happen up until the wedding day.  At two weeks before your wedding, we then take over all communication and correspondence with vendors and act as your representative for any final correspondence and confirmations, and we implement the delivery schedules and last minute details so that you can take the last two weeks to enjoy the final stretch of your journey to "I Do" without the overwhelming stress of doing it all on your own.  

 

We coordinate and run the wedding rehearsal, prepare the event timeline, distribute and confirm the timeline and delivery schedule with all of your other vendors, and present you with a final detailed event summary and agenda so that you can rest assured that everything has been accounted for. For couples who have fully planned their wedding, but need an expert time/task manager with high attention to detail and extensive wedding coordination experience to execute and manage the flow of the entire day.  We begin working with you 4 weeks before your wedding day, then expertly orchestrate all of the details and moving parts on the day of your wedding with our team of wedding pros that will include your lead wedding coordinator/manager, plus 1-2 assistants depending on the size and scope of your wedding.

For couples who have everything planned but need help tying up the final details during the home stretch of the final month before your wedding day.  In addition to the included Day of Coordination services, Dolce Vita Events can offer rsvp tracking and management, final vendor details management, assistance with final dress/tux fittings, bridal hair and makeup trials, as well as rehearsal dinner planning assistance and more. We conduct a comprehensive consultation with you to uncover what task items still need to be done, and customize a package that will fit your needs. We offer this important service to ensure our bridal clients are able to enjoy the last few weeks of their wedding engagement stress free and with expert direction so they can focus on family, fun, and each other!

For small, intimate weddings of 40 guests or less
